This 75-minute Slow Flow + Meditation class is an invitation to turn inward and reconnect with yourself. With fewer shapes and more time in each one, youβll have the opportunity to explore body, breath, and sensation through slow, intentional movement. Throughout the practice, youβll be encouraged to notice whatβs presentβbreath, sensation, feelingβ with curiosity and openness. Rather than striving for a particular shape, we make space to listen and respond to the body as it is. All are welcome. Come as you are. A vegetarian dinner prasadam will be lovingly served after the talk. Urmila Devi Dasi has been a dedicated member of ISKCON since her initiation by Srila Prabhupada in 1973. A renowned educator, author, speaker, and lifelong practitioner of Krishna consciousness, she has spent decades teaching and guiding communities around the world. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership, has over 27 years of teaching experience, and has served in numerous leadership roles within ISKCON, including Chair of the Sastric Advisory Council to the GBC and associate editor of Back to Godhead magazine for 30 years. She is the author of several influential works including Career Dharma, Krishna Meditations, Essence Seekers, and The Great Mantra for Mystic Meditation. Through her deep wisdom, practical insight, and heartfelt devotion, Urmila Devi Dasi continues to inspire audiences worldwide with her teachings on bhakti, education, family life, and spiritual growth.
